The incident this morning (10 Aug) involving a man on a roof in Warwick Square in Carlisle has been safely resolved. The man safely came down at around 8.20pm. He is now in police custody, having been arrested. Cumbria Police would like to thank the public for their patience whilst officers worked to resolve this incident safely for all involved.
