A man is appearing at court today (Feb 19) after being charged with multiple offences following an incident on 17 February on Windermere Road, Whitehaven. Krys Ritson, 37, no fixed address was charged with: Common assault Resisting a constable in the execution of duty Escape from lawful custody Criminal damage Assault by beating of an emergency worker
He is to appear at Carlisle Magistrates.
